Outstanding food, very reasonable prices and excellent service. I will definitely be back!
MoreAlways good food and good service also inexpensive
Food is always excellent! Nice people also.
Small place but good food. Very big portions. My only sad point was they ran out of the special as we ordered so had to flip gears. Bring cash as they charge an extra % to use cards. Won't dock for that though the food was good.
MoreGreat Home Cookin'! Be ready to put on the feedbag and enjoy every bit of it. The open-face roast beef is something to behold. And if you like a patty melt, you'll love Country Cupboard's. Good ol' mom-and-pop place. No fancy decor. The great food is the ambiance.
MoreGreat food! Great prices
It was amazing! The food is great
Great food, great prices!
One of my favorite restaurants in Jamesport. Good food and service!
What a gem to find! Should be listed on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Best homemade pie I've had.
MoreDecent food. Just reopened I guess. Seemed out of practice at everything. Waited forever to be seated, Wich was understandable, for they only had one half the seating. It took about forty minutes to get two simple sandwiches. Our server was sparse.
MoreIt was good. Great service. Great price
Excellent service! I have food allergies, the staff took their time and asked questions before & while making my dinner. Great prices too.
MoreWonderful mom and pop diner... Great food at a great price!
Best value in the midwest, probably the whole united states.
Good food, good portions, good service and good prices
I loved it! The food was excellent.
Super good food, nice staff, I've been going here since I was a young kid and will continue as long as I can. They really need to expand they're dinning room area because there can be a bit of a wait sometimes. But, it's always worth the wait.
MoreBecause they have the BIGGEST pancakes...the size of hub caps. The menu is very tasteful..
MoreGood food for the prize! Was a little to busy for my taste so Ifelt like I was bothering the wait staff to order some pie but didnt bother cause the wait staff was so busy! Other than that you cant beat value for price!
MorePoor service and bland poorly cooked food
I was slightly disappointed in the tenderloin sandwich. It was dry and tasteless. My husband had a meal and the mini loaf of bread they serve was the best
MoreThis place is fast and has good homestyle food! (Limited menu during Jamesport Christmas Festival but that's just great business practice, so they can feed the masses efficiently and with great food!)We have been 4 times and they have been very busy/packed every time. (Friend from South Texas really likes it and has been twice. )Waitresses are fast, efficient and very nice!
MoreWe eat here often and are NEVER disappointed! Great food and great prices!
This place is without a doubt my go-to for real home style food. Everything is amazing. The chicken fried steak is my absolute favorite. Make sure to try their Amish made bread with real honey butter. Oh and the pies are worth their calorie weight in gold. In summation, you should make time to visit the Cupboard as it is well worth the trip. Michelin star taste!
MoreThis is one of my favorite restaurants! You get a large amount of food for the price. Have never had a bad meal! Sometimes you have to wait to get seated but so worth it!
MoreGood food, reasonable prices and great service!
Wonderful little spot with great food and awesome service.
The staff was friendly but The food I got was dryed out. Their Chicken enchilada tasted like tuna fish. The restaurant itself is in need of a complete overhaul. It's run down & you can't flush toilet paper down the toilets. I'd suggest the owners submit an application to Restaurant Impossible! The location is great & they could be very successful if it was overhauled.
MoreExcellent food. Friendly staff. Very economical. Pies are the "WOW"!
The food was not good. My sandwich had maybe 3pcs deli ham... onion rings were soft couldn't even pick them up without falling apart. Soup tasted canned... just in overall unpleasant experience. When asked how our food was i said not good at all and no body tried to do anything to replace...
MoreGreat place to eat friendly staff
It was really good food great service
Great food country cooking! Well worth the stop.
We were in town for a reunion, had dinner here. The ribs we awesome and they gave us the best salad we’ve had in a long time. Everything was great can’t wait to come back, thank you.
MoreLove this place. It will not waste your time.
The best food and great prices
If you don't get full. Its only cuz you didn't order anything 😋Great food & service. Definitely clean
MoreGood local dishes
Great service great food
Breakfast food was not good very disappointed will not eat here again..
Good food economically priced
Waitress was good with kids. Food is always good.
Great food pleasant people
We waited over an hour for our food...then the onion rings were inedible...tasted like they used old greese
MoreGood customer service, friendly. I got the chicken strips with veggie of the day. The bread that came with the meal was incredible. Warm and sweet, the butter just melted on. The side salad was good portion and I got it before my meal. Other people at our table got the sirloin sandwich and the open faced sandwiches which looked great.
MoreWhat a great place to eat. Just a small place but the food is fantastic. I got the roast beef with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. It was the best meal I've had in months. My wife got the chicken fried chicken and she really enjoyed it too.
MoreGreat food and great price. big servings. Looks like there's an Amish community nearby.
MoreGreat home cooking! They serve breakfast too. Real homemade biscuits and gravy!!
Order your blackberry cobbler before you order your meal or they may run out. The food is really good. Plenty of food, friendly wait staff. There is often a wait and there is not much parking. Depending upon where you are seated, you may feel cramped, but it is worth it. They have tried to keep the place updated over the years. I mentioned the blackberry cobbler. Every time I have gone there and ordered it, the cobbler is not only very, very good; but you can get a spoon full and turn it upside down and nothing drips onto you or the table.
